The rapper's suburban Michigan mansion -- with a private pond and guard house -- is on the market for just under $2 million. That's quite the steal for the five-bedroom, 6-acre estate considering the real slim shady purchased the home for $4.75 million back in 2003, according to real estate website Trulia.

The house is sold "as is," which we think means the kitchen statues, painted vines on walls, antler chandelier and other "touches" that come with the $1.9 million price tag. The water slide and tennis courts make it worth some questionable curtains and wall decorations.

The house was built in 1986 (and decorated shortly after that and never updated from the looks of it) and includes tennis courts, a guest house, cabana, and massive pool with a waterfall.

Rochester Hills, the tony suburb north of Detroit, has a median home price of $283,952, according to Trulia. And that's been coming up after the housing market took a drop. But Eminem is giving up on the home and taking the loss.

Guess who's not coming back?
