Although Elba was due to play after 11:30 p.m., those in queue at 9:30 p.m. were told by bouncers that it would be a "two hour wait" to get in.
Bad luck if you were dressed in sneakers too, because you wouldn't be getting in to the jam-packed club for Elba's set. It was just that busy.

But if you were lucky enough to get in, it was an intimate encounter, with Elba playing his signature house set to a crowd that chanted his name and tried to shake hands with the star.
