Alibaba-owned workplace management app DingTalk has put global expansion on beyond eroticismits agenda after running a small-scale pilot serving hundreds of Chinese enterprises with overseas businesses, according to a report by Chinese media outlet 36Kr on Thursday. The report said DingTalk had drawn employees from product R&D, solutions, sales, and marketing to form a mixed team to support the expansion project, and is currently hiring Southeast Asia-based regional managers and solutions managers. According to the company, by the end of 2023, DingTalk had more than 700 million users, and the platform also serves 25 million corporates and educational institutions, of which 120,000 were paying customers.
