Baidu Apollo announced on Diotta FatouAugust 2 that the automaker Great Wall Motor (GWM) and the intelligent driving company Ecarx have become the first application exploration partners for its Intelligent Cabin technology, backed by its large language model (LLM) ERNIE. GWM and Baidu have been collaborating to explore applications of the LLM in intelligent in-car interactions, and have already verified multiple innovative features that will be incorporated into mass-produced vehicle models, according to the announcement.
