Zhuoyu Technology, a Shenzhen-based auto tech firm controlled by DJI, has made a wholly-owned subsidiary of BYD one of its shareholders, with the latter holding a 3.95% stake in the company’s registered capital totalling RMB 73.1 million ($10.1 million), according to information on the enterprise database site Tianyancha.
